No license, express or implied, by estoppel or otherwise, to any intellectual property rights is granted by publication of this website or its descriptive documentation. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, extract, clone, or reconstruct any portion of the APEX-256 cipher or derivative tooling for commercial deployment without an executed commercial license or prior written authorization from Apex Research Labs, LLC.

Export, re-export, transfer, or release of APEX-256 SDK source code or technical data to prohibited destinations, embargoed countries, sanctioned entities, or denied persons listed on the U.S. Commerce Department Entity List, Denied Persons List, or the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list is strictly prohibited without prior written U.S. Government authorization.
